FAQ

Are all level yogis welcome in your sessions?

Yes, definitely - Yoga is for everyone. Whenever you are practicing yoga, please keep in mind that the practice should feel good to you and your body. You should never feel obligated to do something just to please other participants or the instructor. Remember, you are your best teacher, so give yourself a voice.

Which kind of classes/events do you offer?

I am offering group yoga classes, either in person or online. Please check the weekly schedule for more information. Additionally, I am also offering private classes. If you are interested, please drop me a message, and we can arrange something together. Furthermore, there is going to be a mindfulness retreat on Zanzibar in February 2023.

How did you start practicing yoga?

I started practicing yoga back in 2016 when I was very enthusiastic about mastering various acrobatic postures. Initially, my approach was more focused on exercise, and I didn't fully grasp the deeper meaning of yoga. However, my perspective changed when I started traveling and experiencing yoga in a different light. In 2019, I completed my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, followed by a 100-hour Children's Yoga Teacher Training. In 2023, I furthered my knowledge with a 100-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, and I am currently in the process of completing my training in Aromatherapy.
